Please note: these are the minutes for 04.02.2024. Began with an update on the 2×2 first events paper, before moving on to a presentation on warm commissioning for the 2×2 LRS (both given by Angela). This was followed by updates on ML Reco benchmarking by Elise.

The elevator is still disabled: Elise and Angela are trained to descend via the shaft in the crane basket, but thus far Site Office hasn't permitted anyone to do so. The elevator can be repaired, and parts are on order. LRS warm commissioning was able to occur prior to the elevator breaking, although nothing can be definitely stated about the status of the LRS until final cabling can be completed. Initial data taking shows that the data readout system is functioning as expected.

Elise:
Continuing her previous work on ML Reco benchmarking, Elise used event displays to study the truth/reconstruction mismatches in the 2×2 pipeline. Current conclusion: without looking at an entire event (rather than singular trajectories) it is impossible to pin down what, exactly, the algorithm has difficulty with.

Angela:
Currently building the offline LRS data quality monitoring, and helping automate the light readout software.

First draft is ready for comments/editing. Currently writing the beam and backgrounds portion of the paper: very little analysis has been completed for cosmics rates in the 2×2 (mainly just because everybody's very busy). Rock muons simulation is sufficiently advanced to provide a rate prediction.
